How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
No!I have no new goals. The house my family live in is not in a good condition. Things have been difficult for us. My husband has been sick for some time now. To get our family upkeep is sometimes difficult. I could no longer afford my daughter tuition. She dropped from school. I was overwhelmed when I received my transfer. My goal has been to see my daughter become future leader. I am so grateful that after receiving all of the transfers our lives will never be the same again.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does not do anything unwell. It's cash program is a privilege. I am so excited. That they don't accept our gifts of goodwill is what we as villagers think they are not doing well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
This cash program is a life changer. Things have been so difficult for us. We could hardly afford our daily meals. Excitedly, we were enrolled in the GiveDirectly cash program. Our lives has become better since we started receiving payments from GiveDirectly. I was so excited when I received my second payment. Hopefully after receiving all of the transfers our lives will improve for the best. I used some of my money to buy zinc. I also bought some cement and paid my daughter tuition with rest of the money.
