What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer for buying a cow at 650,000Ugx, materials for plastering my house and labour at 380,000Ugx, a goat at 60,000Ugx and rest I kept for future use.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly did well to give me cash direct and on my side G.D has not done any thing bad.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different now for the better than before because am now owning a cow, a goat and sleeping in a descent shelter.

I spent my first transfer to buy building materials like a door, two Windows,a mattress,clothes and household items like plates,cups, and sourcepans.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I recieved my money,I became so happy that I could not control the happiness,i started singing and dancing.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life now is that all the worries and stress that I used to have is no more, I used to worry a lot about where to get money to repair my grass thatched house,my house could leak whenever it rains,and I would not sleep because my beddings would get soaked, but this days, I stopped worrying and I am stress free,because i sleep comfortably, i have a mattress and a heavy blanket to cover at night, so I don't feel cold in the night. My health has also improved a lot because I eat a well balanced diet that I used not to be able afford.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The hardship I face is not having household properties. like plates, cups and saucepans. Which makes me feel shamed when I receive visitor at my home.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is during morning especially when am working .then some one pass by and greets me saying well done. This really makes me feel happy so much.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money will help me to buy household things like saucepans,plates and cups .since all I have are broken.
