Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life is that I was able to acquire electrical equipment so as to install electricity into our house. I also acquired a refridgerator that will make my business prosper. Previously, my customers expressed the need for cold drinks which I could not offer due to lack of a refridgerator. I believe that when I connect electricity my business will flourish.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very excited and happy at the time I received the mobile money message. I had the desire to install electricity into my house and this was the only opportunity.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent the first cash transfer to purchase a refridgerator worth UGX 900000 and I spent UGX 800000 to buy electrical wires for our house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means that I will be able to electrify my house. I currently have limited number of customers taking my soft drinks claiming they need cold ones ,hence the business is not booming as expected. This money I intend to spend on connecting power in my house. I will start selling cold drinks preffered by many customers thus boosting my sales. This will definitely improve my earnings for sustain my other needs.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My favourite part of the day is afternoon hours after coming from garden work. I refresh my self with acold bath and then start selling the shop. I realise some money for maintaining my family fairly and this brings asmile to me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest challenge I face is inadequate money. My spouse has many children since we are polygamous, so each woman has to struggle on her own. I have therefore failed in managing most of my family responsiblities like providing better accommodation, Education and feeding due to lack of money.
