When I received my second transfer, I cleared school fees arrears for my 3 children in a primary school and the remaining amount of money has been facilitating me in buying food. I eat better!
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that currently, I am able to afford a square meal on a daily basis. I eat without stress and this has really improved our health including that of our children. I remember back then, putting food on the table was such a big stress since I never had any income but I am glad it is solved.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I used to sleep on rags before, which was so uncomfortable, thus I prioritized buying a mattress, which cost me 4400 KES from my first transfer. I then used 4200 KES to buy a sack of dry maize since we did not have enough food in the house; then the rest used to clear school fees balances for my children.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt extremely happy the moment I received my money because I was so tired of sleeping on rags; and was eyeing a comfortable mattress any time I get enough cash.
