Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
Previously, I did not have a kitchen so cooking was quite hectic especially when visitors were around. I had to prepare food in the corner of the living room. This bothered me and it gave me sleepless nights. Upon receiving my transfers, I decided to construct a kitchen and solve this problem once and for all. To my surprise, the kitchen also plays as my children's room at night. That is what we call killing two birds with one stone.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I have always wanted to have a cow in my homestead. I am looking at a probability of owning one in the next six months if every aspect remains constants. That is, with the GD transfers streaming in every month added to the income from the farm produce then I can comfortably buy a cow for rearing and harvesting milk.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Currently, my life is different in that I now have my own kitchen where my visitors can sleep in and I longer get worried about the time to cook. I stay next to a river and there was a day when the river banks broke because of too much rains and destroyed my kitchen and I was rendered without a kitchen hence I had to invent a place to cook in that was in the open air beside my main house. This situation was very frustrating in need.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional goal for the next four months is to plaster my store. This is because its state at the moment is deplorable with the presence of dust. Keeping it tidy is a bit tedious since any time I clean the dust, it accumulates in no time. Smearing it every month too is not easy hence I would want to plaster it and focus on other family needs. I feel there is a likelihood of food contamination due to the untidy environment.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
We have been able to save part of these transfers as a family and purchased sand and cement which we used to plaster our house(floor) which was made of mud before. We live near a river which is very swampy especially during the rainy seasons. This made our house very damp throughout the rainy season which led to constant infections and diseases which was quite costly, but now that we have managed to plaster it, this will no longer the case in the next rainy season.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I feel motivated seeing all that I have been able to achieve with these transfers and my goal now is to construct a separate house which will serve as a kitchen. Having no kitchen has been tough because I am forced to cook under the scorching sunlight during the day and have no option but to deal with the smoke whenever I am cooking inside my main house at night, especially during the rainy seasons.
