How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am currently living comfortably in a good house that I built with the transfer. I not very poor like I was before receiving tranfers.

Bought cement 4500 KES, paint 1900 KES, iron sheet 2700 KES,mattress 1200 KES, two goats 3000 KES, water containers 1500 KES, maize 3200 KES, table clothes 2400 KES, school fees and clothes 7190 KES, utensils 4200 KES, metal box 550 KES and spent 10000 KES for labor expenses.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
I have a goal of building a kitchen and a house for my son in future.

l spend the transfer to build l house so l bought building materials such as 21 iron-sheets at 18750 kshs, poles at 10000 kshs , nails at 2500 kshs, timber 3500 kshs, labor 5000 kshs

l had a very small linking house but now l have a comfortable spacious house.

I'm planning to build a new spacious house because my current house is small in size. I'm also planning to cement both floor and walls of my house with the rest of the transfer.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to buy cement, iron sheets and timber to be used to build myself another house. I will also buy furniture for my house and buy maize that I will use to feed my family. The rest of the transfers will be used to pay school fees for my children.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having worked at the lakeside and saved up enough money which I used to furnish my house.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face right now is that my husband died recently and left me six children, I have no steady source of income and thus taking care of them is not easy
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is around midday, this is when I usually cook lunch. Cooking is my favorite task so am very happy when I am carrying out this task.
