How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I needed money to build my house and buy a very big mattress for my family. I couldn't achieve my goal due to low income received from farm work. Suddenly, early that faithful morning, while I was getting prepare for farmwork, I heard some of my neighbours shouting that they have received transfer from GiveDirectly. I hurriedly ran towards network to check my phone. As expected, I had received transfer as well. I became very excited and started planning on building a house.

There was no enough money to build my house and also buy a mattress for my family to relax at night. However, I am able to achieve my dreams through GD financial support.
