What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on cemented the floor of my house from an earthen one . I bought my clothes and a sofa set seat which I did not have.I also cultivated my farm using a tractor for planting cereals such as maize and millet.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that I have paid school fees for all my children and in the beginning of their study year they haven't been sent home for school fees.I have also cultivated my farm on time in this planting season hence I am assured of good yields on harvest.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion,GiveDirectly did a good job of giving unconditional cash transfer to the poorest households since this initiative have encouraged drastic conomical development to my community

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the second transfer on buying 13 pieces of iron sheets 10,000 KES ,timbers 9,500 KES, sand 7000 KES ,Murrum 7000 KES and the remaining amount I have deposited in my personal savings account for use at a later date 26,500 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have bought building materials planning to renovate my house.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I paid 5,000 KES school fee for my three children in primary school, bought a sheep at 2,500 KES, then bought sack of maize at 3,500 KES after adding some of my money to the rest of the cash.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
Am planning to cement the walls and floor of my current house then build a new iron roofed house.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to build a new house because my house is in a bad condition. Secondly I would wish to buy a cow which will help me in future. Lastly l would like to expand my business inoder to generate more income to support my family.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that l have struggled and built a house though very small.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship in life is lack of food since there is a lot of famine.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the morning when all my family members are able to go school without being sent home for school fees.
