What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, I had plans of purchasing a boat engine. A new one went at 60 , so being much higher than what we had, we opted for a second-hand one which costed us 60000 KES. We therefore made a down payment of 43000 KES with monthly installments of 5000 KES. That has greatly improved his fishing activities because he can go as far us 50km inside the lake and get as many fish as possible. As a result a lot of income has always been generated using the engine boat as compared to previously when he used a manual boat which could hardly cover 10km.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is the increased income generation from the fishing activities that my spouse conducts in the lake. With the engine boat, we said goodbye to poverty.
