What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on paying 20,000 KES for my spouse to learn welding, bought seats and a cupboard at 15,000 KES, a sack of maize at 5,000 KES, then used the rest of the cash on other home errands.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I no longer direct my visitors to my mother-in-law's house because I had no seats. Am also grateful that GD money enabled us to go through the hunger season without feeling any hunger pinch. Am also hopeful that my husband will be able to get good income once he is done with training as a welder, unlike before when he used to sink pit latrines and boreholes in the village.
