What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying a piece of land for agriculture and I also completed my house.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been of I never received the transfer in that i have been able to complete my house and buy land where I am doing agriculture. This is something I would probably not have achieved had I not received the transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Give Directly does well in being transparent and open, once they promise to do something they do it which makes them a reliable organization, on the other hand, give directly does not do well to register all people in the village and then choose a few people to get the money. It's heart breaking for those that don't eventually don't make it through

What did you spend your second transfer on?
Ok, land for farming, bricks and food! I used my first transfer to buy bricks for a 3bedroom house. I also bought food for my family and I am happy.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I had just come back home and I received money on my mobile phone. I checked and the money was from GiveDirectly, I was happy!

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying iron sheets since it has been my dream for so long and be able to enlarge my house.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
With my upcoming transfer I am planning to spend it on finishing to build my house which I had started earlier and also pay school fees for my children.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend the cash transfer on expanding the family house since i have many family members.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I was able to plant maize and I got a good harvest, whereby the sale from the produce I built a semi- permanent iron roofed house for the family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I am always making losses with poor yields whenever I do subsistence farming because of lack of fertilizers and frequent weeds that disturb the crops.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy during evening hours because that's the I have time with my family,where we chat and tell stories to the children.
