What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on 18 plastic seats (16,000 KES) to furnish a hotel business that I started in July 2017, and which is picking and providing our daily meals. I also bought 40 pieces of steel pipes (5,000 KES) for the purpose of irrigating my commercial Vegetables. I harvest and sell the vegetables in the nearby market.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy building materials like iron sheets, timber and nails which I have used to build my house, I spent some amount to pay laborers who built and fell down timber to build my house. The remaining amount, I spent to buy food for my family.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I now live in a three roomed house which is more spacious than the one I was living in which was much smaller. Thank you GD for the transfer.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my first transfer, I felt very happy and joyful since I knew I was going to have a nice meal for that day as opposed to before when I didn't have money and I was worried on how I will get meals for my family due to the high economy status of our country.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in life is lack of proper house. My house is small in size and leaks whenever it rains. This make me feel uncomfortable with my family members.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I am invited to offer some cheap labor with hope of getting little payments which I normally use to buy food for my family.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means a lot of stress relieve and meeting the basic needs of life. I would like to construct a new spacious house that can accommodate my family members. I also wish to buy two cows that I can pay as dowry since my marriage is still not formalized culturally.
