Having enough building materials is the biggest difference in my life as am now able to put up a new structure at any time from now.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy a sack of maize at 3,000 KES for my family's consumption. I hired a tractor to cultivate my land in readiness for planting and the remaining amount I spent to buy for my children school shoes, books and food.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in life is that I don't have a stable source of income to enable me bring up my family in a better way. I work so hard to even get them at least something to eat which as a result might make my children miss some basics such as going to school and good clothing.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is at lunch time. I feel so happy when I see my children having their midday meal after school.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money will really transform my life. I am going to use it to build my own house and the remaining portion I will use to expand my business which would help us improve our living standards.
