What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying a cow for rearing and I will sell this at a later date when its value increases.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life would have been a mess and maybe I would've died of hunger because of the famine though when I received the transfers i was able to get what to eat and other benefits.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GD does well by giving us help in fotm of money because for me I received it at a time when I thought I had exhausted all possible sources of income and was worried what the famine would do.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on building a new house bigger than the one i was living in before. It was too small for me and my children.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that i have been able to build and enter my new house with the money that give directly gave me so now I am less worried about the house falling on us.

I spent my first transfer on buying clothes for my family because they were badly off. I also bought a goat and hired land for cultivation since my family has no land for agriculture.

When I received my money, I was so excited and I said, "God is good for He does wonders for his people."

Firstly, i am planning to purchase a plot of land and construct a house for my family, and the balance i will use it to establish agrocery shop.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I did manage together with my husband to construct a simple house for our family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have ever had is having no enough land for farming to feed my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy during evening hours when am chatting with my children.
