What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on replacing the roof of my house at 15,000 KES, cemented the walls of my house at 25,000 KES, bought a sack of maize at 4,000 KES then used the rest on food for the house.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than would have been if I never received the transfer in that my house now plastered hence I no longer mud smear the house all the time. My son is also employed as a driver after taking him to a driving school with the GD transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my Opinion, GiveDirectly does well by giving the money directly to the recipients with no corrupt deals.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought 28 iron sheets,30 round poles, 4kgs of nails, 2 steel door and 3 window pane. Building a good house as been my major priority because I have a bigger family and my current is squeezed.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I can now spent more time with my family because I'm less stress up like before where by I had a small house which was also leaking with rusted tin on the roof.

I bought sand worth 5,000 KES, a sack of maize at 2,000 KES and the rest of the money i used on food.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am planning to use part of my second transfer to offset some school fee arrears for my daughter who is in college and also use the remaining part to renovate my house.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to renovat my house because my house is in a very bad condition. Finally I would wish to use this to take my child to college.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievements are that after the death of my husband l have managed to educate my child upto forth form . Finally l have also managed to build a bigger house than the one room my husband left me in.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship in life is lack of proper source of income to sustain my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening when I have received money from stone breaking.
