"Receiving this money means that I will afford to purchase another dairy cow. We have been practicing subsistence farming as our source of income, but due to prolonged droughts in our area, we usually realize poor yields. Under conducive conditions, our 2-acre piece of land produces approximately 5 sacks of maize but due to the drought, we are harvesting two sacks only. This forced us to start dairy farming to add to our source income. Luckily, the project has been doing good so far."
