How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal is to start an additional business to help ease the burden on my shoulder. My recent transfer will be spent on purchasing a bike so that my partner can use it for commercial purpose to help my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I was living in a thatch house that was not in a good condition, more over my family burden has been testing on my shoulders for years. I have been selling gari throughout, but today, my family now owns a bike on which my husband will be of a help to me by using it for commercial purpose to ease the burden on me. Notwithstanding, my house is now roothed with zinc, and I have a better place to lay my head, I can't thank God enough for such an amazing Organization like Give Directly, God bless them richly.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
My recent transfer was spent on purchasing a bike, for commercial purpose and the remaining portion was directed to my house project ( renevation/ changing the rooth)

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My previous goal is still in progress which is my house project. Additional, I will also buy some food for my house and use the rest for workmanship.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was patching gari when my sister's husband told me about the transfer. I was so excited. Since I was born it's my first time receiving such amount on my own. I am a farmer and been suffering with farm works before having food my family. My house have been in a deplorable condition for six months now. Hopefully,I'm going to use my transfer to renovate my house and improve my family's condition positively.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life is relaxation. I have been worrying and not been happy at all. I am now happy that I was able to buy zinc and renovate my house. My gratitude to GiveDirectly.

I used my most recent transfer to buy one bundle of zinc and zinc nails which cost ten thousands Liberian Dollars ($10,000 )to renovate my deplorable house. I also bought clothes for my children and myself. I bought food for my home.
