How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal is to complete my house for my children. Farming has been the only source of livelihood for me. Through Givedirectly i was able to pay my children school fees and maintain my house. Many thanks to GiveDirectly for this great opportunity given to me to improve my life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my own opinion, Givedirectly has been good to me. My wife and children are happy because we're living a better life then before. Am grateful to Givedirectly for bringing changes into my life. May God blessing be upon Givedirectly.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was in my village I didn't know that givedirectly has sent me money, because there's no network in my town. But when a givedirectly staff came for interview saying that givedirectly sent me money that's why she came for interview, I was so much happy hearing the good news. I quickly run to the network area to check if I have received mine, luckily for me I saw a huge amount of money in it, I was very much happy and rejoicing that day. I was happy because in my whole life I haven't received such amount of money for free. In the past my life was not easy, I will farm the whole day for people just to get money to paid my children school fees, I am so happy that I was enrolled on the program, because now my children eat twice a day and their in school as well.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life now is I'm able to buy food for my family, I will be able to paid my children school fees. I won't farm the whole for people anymore, because with the help of givedirectly I have my savings keeping for my family. I so thankful to GiveDirectly for making my dreams come to passed.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I'm planning to spend my transfer on buying 3 bundle of iron sheets to build a big house for my children. I also planning to buy enough foodstuff for my family. The rest of the money I will be able to paid my children school fees. I'm so happy that with the help of givedirectly I'm able to do all this for myself.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Upon receiving the money, my wife and I will build a new home, pay our children's tuition and invest into business
What is the happiest part of your day?
One major thing that brought joy in the life of my family here in Dehngo is the cultivation of a large cassava farm. We also produce fufu and gari from the cassava product for sale.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Our source of income is mainly the cutting of palm and the production of palm oil for sale. It is challenging in getting ripe palm during the rainy season thus making it difficult in resaising needed fund to keep up the family.
