Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
The new goal is to venture into livestock keeping and tea farming as it is the major business in my region and the climate is condusive for them to thrive.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
My new goal is to have my own homestead. We have been living in my parents compound for a long time now and I felt it was time to move out. I have always wanted to leave but I didn't have enough money to build another house. Once I got the financial aid from Give Directly, the first goal that came to my mind was to establish my home. I am grateful to this organization because finally there is now hope of moving in to a new home with my family.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I will have finished constructing my house and God willing I will be planning ways of starting my own livestock business.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced in my life is being a single mother. My husband separated from me 10 years ago leaving me with five children. This has been a great burden to me since i have to struggle hard in order to pay for their schoolfees alone.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening. This is the time i arrive home from the market after engaging myself in my cerials business. The feeling of not going home empty handed makes me a happy mother since i am always able to provide food for my children by the end of the day.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on paying school fees for my children
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement i am proudest of is practicing dairy farming in my farm. I always sell the milk produced by my cattle in order to pay schoolfees and provide other basic needs for my children.
