How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different now because I was able to use my transfer to further my studies at a Primary Teachers College given that I was a senior four drop up. This will now help me to have a career of my own. Prior to getting this transfer, I had no hope of ever going back to school because my parents had given up on me after I had got pregnant while at school.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly has done well by giving me money that has helped me to further my studies. GiveDirectly on the other hand has done nothing bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent most of my second transfer Ugx 1500000 pay fees at a Primary Teachers' College (Kabwangazi PTC). I then used the balance to cater for some personal needs like bag, flask, and mattress.
