I spent my first lumpsum transfer on building materials awaiting to move to my home as follows: 10050 KES on 15 iron sheets, 7000 KES on a steel door, 7500 KES on 3 steel windows, 1800 KES on nails and I saved the remaining 23650 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I am now living with a lot of hopes in life since I am certain that change is inevitable- I am now going to live under an iron-roofed house as opposed to before when I was living in squalor with hopelessness, the biggest difference in my daily life.

What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that I have struggled and bought a goat. I achieved this through selling groundnuts that I got from my farm.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I have faced in life is that I lack a stable source of income. I only depend on selling fish and also subsistence farming and this is not much productive being that we live in a very dry area. So this makes life look harsh at times.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I manage to get fish from the lake.
