Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference is that I am much happier and peaceful because I can afford good food and basic necessities. In addition to this, I am thankful that I was able to pay part of the children's school fees. I had no idea of how I would have cleared their school fees.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I saw a message on my phone that day. I remember calling out my son who read the message for me. I felt very happy and excited at that moment.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I bought a mattress worth UGX120000,two blankets worth UGX70000, a cow worth UGX860000 and utensils. I spent UGX380000 on school fees. I also bought food which I cannot apportion the cost. I have saved UGX200000.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will purchase two cows to act as an investment. When the cows produce, I can sell some in order to pay school fees for the children and pay bride price for some of them. I am currently using farming as my main source of income in order to raise income for the household. I will then build a varendar for my house such that rain water can not weaken it.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in te evening after household work. This is the time when I seat down to reflect I how the day went, thank God and I sleep knowing that he say is gone and another beautiful morning is coming.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face in ny life is limited source of income. I am a peasant farmer who depends on farming. I have three children at school and getting school fees for them on termly basis is hectic because my source of income is not reliable due to weather vagaries. As a result, this has affected my children's education and hence poor results and besides, there is inadequate household sustenance.
