What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of my third transfer to buy a bull which will aid in ploughing my farms. I bought a n ox-drawn plough and also paid school fees for my child who is in high school.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I would not have received the money, I would not have bought an ox or an ox-drawn plough. Thank you GD.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly did well in sending us money directly through Mpesa rather than through administration who are always corrupt. GiveDirectly did not do well in making follow-up visits to see how recipients spent their transfers.
