What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent 40,000 KES to buy two bulls and 8,000 KES to buy a hand-drawn plough. I also paid up a debt of 1,000 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Since I bought the bulls and the plough, I have been able to weed and do harrowing to a large section of my farm within a short time and therefore am sure I will have a good harvest.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We are planning to buy a motorcycle and start a taxi business,so we can earn income from it.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having started a small business selling fast moving consumer goods and charging phones. This was achieved by selling maize we harvested and using the profits for seed capital.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have is that my husband lacks a steady source of income, thus we usually only depend on the small business we have.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is around midday, this is because at that time I can relax after working in the farm.
