What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy a cow and a goat, a solar panel, radio, and paid a debt of Ugx 700,000.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, givedirectly has done well giving people money to transform their lives, and I don't see anything not done well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if i never received the money because i would have died without handling such amount of money, my dressing and feeding is better than before, and at night, my house lights like am living in town.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying building materials like cement and sand for plastering my house since I had already built. I also paid up some of the debts like that of the garden my late husband had mortgaged prior to his death, shipped some clothes for myself, and bought a goat.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I recieved my money, I felt so happy.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I see a change of life style because, I now sleep comfortably, I can buy what ever I want, and living a peaceful happy life.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is lack of money.
My late husband's severe illness forced my household to give out part of our garden land as security in exchange for money to cater for his medical bills.
This is so stressing that, these day's i hardly have no where to cultivate crops.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening.This is the time when my step children return back from school. This children relieve me from fetching water and firewood.
This brings joy and happiness to me.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means buying livestock.I intend to use part of this money to reclaim back part of my land that was given out to my neighbours as security, when I borrowed money for paying bills for my late husband's treatment.
