What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent 31000 KES of my third transfer on buying cattle (a dairy cow and 5 sheep). I bought bedding at 5000 KES and used the rest of the money on renovating my house.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I sleep comfortably in comfortable bedding. I no longer sleep on the ground. I also have the hopes of soon having milk after my cow has given birth.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what Gd does well is giving cash to recipients to decide on what to spend it on. This has really improved their lives.
