How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has greatly changed in that, I'm no longer single. Previously, I didn't have the financial muscle to pay the pride price for my wife.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well to enable me pay dowry by giving me the unconditional cash transfer. However, there is no havoc that Givedirectly has done.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I now have rejuvinated self esteem . After loosing my wife due to inability to pay bride price, I developed low self esteem, receiving this cash transfer has enabled me to buy animals that I want to use for marrying my wife who will support me.

I spent my first cash transfer worth UGX 1,400,000 for buying animals that I intend to use for marrying. The balance of UGX 300,000, I have invested in a small scale business.
