What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third cash trasfer to buy a cooking gas worth 5500KES,music system 5000KES,battery 4000KES,renovation of the house 6000KES,kept 10000KES as savings,a sack of maize 2900KES,blanket 1000KES and used the rest of the money for shopping and food.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
Yes,my new goal is to start a business which will enable me get some income to sustain my family.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer since I managed to build a nice spacious house,I have also managed to get some rest from the normal casual jobs since I have enough food at the moment,this was not possible before receiving the cash transfer.

I spent the first cash transfer to buy 15 pieces of iron sheet worth 14000KES,3 pieces of steel window 7500 KES,a wooden door 2500 ,a cow worth 17000 KES and bought food with the rest of the money
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I have my own cow that i did not believe i could own.I am yet to have a spacious house when construction is over, all this has put me a step ahead in life am very happy

Am planning to buy two milk cows and two calves then buy more iron sheets.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to build a new house because my current house is old and leaks during wet seasons. I also plan to use part of my transfer to marry and pay dowry because I have been separated from my first wife for long and I am an old man that needs to have a helper.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I am proudest that I have been a dedicated father to my children and I have struggled to feed and give them basic education.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face in life is having to live as a single man after my wife deserted me and took my five children away.

The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up and start engaging in income generating activities that help me to meet my financial needs.
