What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent 25000 Kes on paying my two children's secondary school fees and spent 8600 Kes on plastering my house wall. I also helped my son change his roof which had been carried away by wind. I then spent the rest on food.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is being peaceful knowing that my children studies peacefully without being sent home for school fees. The money came when two of my children (son and daughter) who are in form three and one respectively had been sent home for school fees. I was so stranded with children at home as I had no one to turn to for help. My life changed the moment I received the money and today, though am still worried over the coming years fees, but at least am peaceful knowing that they will not be sent home for the rest of this year for fees. Am hoping that having studied without being sent home for the rest of the study period this year will eventually have an impact in their end year results hence a greater impact to them achieving their life goals and am hoping for a brighter future for both of them as my daughter's dream is to become a nurse in future.
