What does receiving this money mean to you?
With the construction of my rental houses ongoing, I would use these funds to complete them. It would give so much peace because of the extra income. My options are to either use the money and offset an existing loan or buy building material and continue with construction. I will have decided by the time this money gets to me.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My daughter graduated from University with a second-class upper division. I was so proud and happy that she did not let us down. She is doing her internship in Nairobi and I pray that she gets absorbed in a good organization.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My husband and I have so many construction projects that have stalled due to lack of finances. We have a daughter in University whose fees has to be paid. To top it up, there is a bank loan that we are servicing. Our income is not enough and that is a huge stressor.
