What did you spend your third transfer on?
When I received my third transfer, I built a semi-permanent house of 20 iron sheets. I prioritized the construction since the number of my household members exceeded the carrying capacity of my former house and this was a major health and social concern to us. It was just stressful and embarrassing sharing a single room with that large number.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Before the cash transfer, I never knew that I could own perk of wealth like livestock. I was not even dreaming of having chairs in my house. And if currently I possess all these, I can say that my life is different than it would have been without the cash transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I can say that Give Directly is very reliable and honest with the cash transfer, however, I was not pleased with the fact that it used some of the community members to show them/ guide them in the village and I feel that some of these people do not relate well with everyone in the village.
