What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer to buy cement, chipping dust which I have used to renovate my house and also bought paint which I have used to add beauty to my house. I spent so e amount to pay school fees for my child who is in high school and the remaining amount, I spent to buy a sack of maize for consumption.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I would not have received the transfer, I would not have built the house am living in now since the one I was living in was almost falling down and also my child would have been sent home for school fees.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used a total of 38000 KES to construct a new house of 40 iron sheets for my family since I initially had a very small and old house. I then took 5000 KES from the balance and paid for my son to undergo a mechanics course in Kisumu.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
My biggest plan is to build another house since the current one leaks from the edges as a result of worn out iron sheets, I will also start up a small cereals business which will help in supporting my family and lastly use the remaining amount to take my eldest son to a driving school.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having educated my eldest son through secondary school. This I did single handedly after my husband passed on many years ago.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is on the status of my current house since it leaks during rainy seasons making it very uncomfortable for us,paying school fees for my children is also a challenge for instance my first born after completing secondary school could not proceed any further due to lack of finances.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when as a family we gather to take our evening meal as we chat the night away.
