What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent a portion of my second transfer in boosting my chicken feed business which I currently operate in large scale. I am so happy that whatever profit I generate today is enough to cater for my family's needs. i also paid school fees for my son in a day secondary school.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly has so far been the best organisation I have ever seen giving cash directly to its recipients without the involvement of third parties.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Were it not for Give Directly, I would still be operate small scale business which was full of losses. Similarly, my son would not have been in school right now due to very huge school fee arrears which I could not settle on my own.
