What did you spend your second transfer on?
I paid 30,000KES school fees, spent 3,000KES on buying cushions, and 9,000KES on buying ironsheet for building an iron roofed house. I also bought school uniform, and maize for consumption.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My child woudn't have sat for his final exam in college due to fees arrears were it not for the transfer.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to pay school fees for my children who are in secondary and primary schools. I also need to pay school fees for my son who is in a medical college.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having been a green grocer for many years and saved my earnings in a women's support group, I then managed to build my own house and buy a few goats.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face right now is lack of a sustainable source of income, my son is in a medical college and he is supposed to go for attachment, I fear that he might not be able to do so because of inadequate funds.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when I am at the market selling vegetables, the atmosphere there is very lively and this makes me very happy.
