What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer to buy cement, sand which I have used to plaster my house, I bought steel door and steel windows which I have fixed on my house. I bought fascia board and paints which has added beauty and the remaining amount, I spent to buy two sacks of maize for consumption.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I now live in a beautiful house which is not leaking like the one I was living in before. I would not have achieved this without the transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly did well in sending us money which has changed our lives. I have not seen anything that Gd did not do well in our community

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on building a big and better house as my previous house was too old and dilapidated with a leaking roof yet its along the road.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is living in a big semi permanent house that I wouldn't imagine of. I no longer feel ashamed as my house is neat and every passerby do appreciate. Thanks to GD.

I'm planning to spend my transfer on building a new house,I will use part of it to pay school fees for my children and lastly use the remaining amount to acquire some land since I have very small piece to depend on.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I'm proudest of is having been able to raise my children single handedly after my husband passed on in the year 1992.The journey has not been easy but I thank God for this far he has brought us.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I'm facing currently is on making ends meet,I have a very small piece of land which gives very little harvest that cannot sustain the family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up feeling healthy and able to go to my farm.Being healthy to me is a sign of wealth even if we sleep hungry some days.
