What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer as an investment into a selling business. I buy these cheaply and sell them at a higher price for profits.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I would still be doing hard Labour to support my children since i am a single parent however my life is different in a way that i no longer hustle very much since i now have a business running that i started up with the transfers i received.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GD does well by calling us on our numbers to follow-up.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
Living in my parents house with my children has not been easy ever since my parents passed on therefore i spent my second transfer on buying land on which i am to build a house for my children and I.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Being able to take care of my children by providing their basic needs is the biggest difference in my life. With the transfers, I was able to start up a business from which i earn income that i can use to provide the needs do my children since their father abandoned them.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Am planning to spend my transfer on purchasing a plot of land and construct on it and have my own home. Then to also start a road side kiosk to help generate daily income

The achievement that am proudest of is separating from my hostile husband because l now have a peace of mind unlike when he used to beat me and leave all responsibility to me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have ever faced is when I was with my hostile husband who made my life impossible by beating me up and leaving all daily responsibility to me
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is during the midmorning hours when am from the garden and being able to feed my children then.
