How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed in that, I have been in position to purchase a plot of land for my family. I am planning to construct a commercial house for doing my business(shop) and rent out one side. Previously, I wouldn't raise the money to buy a plot of land much as I had a desire to acquire one.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well to give me cash that has enabled me acquire a plot of land that I am going to develop. GiveDirectly has not done anything bad on my side.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer for purchasing a plot of land at UGX 1,000,000. UGX 600,000 I used for making and burning bricks that I intend for constructing a commercial house for doing business and renting. Saved UGX 32,000 for future use.
