What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer for buying a cow at 800,000Ugx,I also cleared the 500,000Ugx debt that I had and got back my garden, gave my daugher,100,000Ugx, some money I spent for cultivating crops and the remain transfer am planning to spend it for treament and for buying food.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
G.D did well to give me cash which has enabled me to buy my own cow and Give Directly has not done anything bad.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I have built my house and bought a cow which I couldn't have got without Give Directly's transfer.

When learnt that Give Directly had sent me the money, I became very happy and immediately told my son to start buying materials for construction.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that am now sleeping in an iron roofed house.

The biggest hardship which i face is hunger since I don't dig. getting some thing to eat is just a problem.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is every day atfer lunch because when I have eaten, I feel good to talk to any one.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money is going to help me to use the money for buying meals since am old I don't do garden work .
