Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to increase and improve my poultry project. Poultry is a less intensive project but with some good returns. This will be another source of income for us and will help us meet our needs from the sale of their products.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I was able to buy some pieces of furniture(chairs) in my house. Before, we used to have old and very uncomfortable chairs. I am glad that we are now more comfortable and I am less anxious whenever I have visitors or friends because I know their stay will be comfortable. I am also glad that I have been able to meet my family's daily needs with less struggle unlike before when I was sometimes forced to do casual jobs whenever I don't have any proceeds from the farm.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My expectation in the near future is to be able to lease a piece of farm and improve my scope of farming. I am a passionate farmer and I always want to do different kinds of farming but I am limited with the small piece of land that we own. The only way then of making this happen will be to lease a separate piece of land and utilize it. I also want to buy an improved breed of a dairy cow in addition to the few that I currently rear. The proceeds from these projects will help me meet my family's basic necessities and ultimately help me better take care of my family.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Currently, my life is different from how it was in that I now have some seats in my house. I used to sit on jerrycans which was so embarrassing especially when I had visitors. Apart from the seats I also planted some crops on my farm. Initially, it was difficult getting enough money to buy the necessary inputs such as the seedlings and fertilizers. I could not also afford to hire labor. I am glad I was able to till a larger area of land because I could afford to pay labor and buy enough seedlings. I was able to cultivate my land and plant on time and I am hopeful that I will get a better harvest.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I want to start a poultry project in the next four months. I believe that poultry farming is a good project with a ready market. As long as you have the necessary equipment, it is so easy to take care of them. I am planning to keep both the broilers and the layers. The proceeds from the sale of chicken will help me meet my basic needs.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving my monthly transfers is that I was able to build a house. Our previous house was a single room that served all purposes. It was the kitchen the living room and bedroom as well. This was so inconveniencing and uncomfortable. When we started receiving the transfer, I decided to build another one which will be used as a kitchen.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My expectation in the near future is to expand my farming activities. I am planning to lease a piece of land from within the neighborhood and improve the scale of my farming. I realized that farming when well taken care of has some good proceeds. I also expect to start a small business using the profits I get from the sale of my farm produce. All these are intended to improve the financial status and better the living standards of my family.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago because I now have some seat cushions. I used part of my transfers to buy these cushions. It was uncomfortable sitting on the chairs before and whenever I had visitors, I would borrow cushions from my neighbor and I was not comfortable with it. I am now glad that I have been able to acquire them hence one can sit comfortably.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to buy vegetable seeds, plant and later sell them in order to get money. I will use this money to cater for my children's education and save some of it. I am also planning to use my next transfer to start a new business where I buy and sell maize. I settled on this business because maize is a basic need for every family and they cannot do without it hence I am assured that I will get customers on a daily basis. This will therefore boost my daily income.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I am now an independent woman unlike before when I used to depend on my spouse to provide everything for our family. Currently, I am able to buy all my family needs without having to borrow money from my husband. This has boosted our relationship since he is no longer quarrelsome as he was in the past claiming that I only depended on him for everything.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I will have sold my vegetables. I will add the money I will get after selling these vegetables and profits from my business and use them to lease a farm. I will plant maize on this farm so that I will get enough for my family consumption and for my business.
