What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on building a house because the house we currently have is in bad state and needs renovation, I will start a small business of selling maize and I will also buy three cows that will be used in ploughing our farm. I will use part of the transfer in renting a farm as the one we have is very small and is not adequate for farming. I will also start a poultry farm. We will use the remainder to settle school fee arrears for our children.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is that we planted crops in our farm and we were able to harvest without any interference from the heavy rains of el nino.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that we face in our life is that we don't have a stable source of income and this is a challenge as at times we have less food to provide for our family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when my husband comes back in the evening with food after a long day of work,I feel happy that we will have food to eat as a family.
