Give directly enabled us own a house and even educate our children.

I spent the transfer on buying sand 4500 KES, bought 12 bags of cement 7800 KES, steel door 4000 KES, paint 4000 KES, school fees 5000 KES,labor 14000 KES and used the balance on daily meals.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Mylife would have been so bad because i was leaving in a bad house as a widow.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on sand, cement and labour so that I can plaster the walls and floor of my house to improve its condition.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is continuing to take care of my children after their father passed on two years ago.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is living without any meaningful source of income. So sometimes I go without food and my children also often go without a lot of the basic things in their lives.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I am praying and thanking God for seeing me through the night and enabling me to see yet another day.
