How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I think the boda boda is what we really feel about. We couldn't have managed to buy a piece of land as well had it not for transfers from GiveDirectly. We currently have a small piece of land which we would not have acquired had it not for the transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
The organization gave us foundation tp begin good life since we currently have a boda boda which gives us daily income. Nothing so far can be said to have been done wrong by the organization.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the second transfers on purchase of a motorbike which has turned out to be our source of income. We also spent the rest in buying two two calves which we were keeping until recently. They had grown and we've sold them for we needed to use the money on buying a another pieace of land which we hope to move into very soon.
