Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the money, I had much joy in heart because I had alot of problems therefore I used this money to solve my problems as I had even bought materials to build a house and I am so thankful.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference is that I now have a materials to build a house. If not for GiveDirectly, I could have not bought the materials for a house that I had desired for my entire life.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I mostly spent my money to buy iron sheets because that's the problem that was disturbing me much as I had grass thatched house and it poses alot of problems and it is a house that one cannot be proud of.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
This money has brought to me happiness and it will help deduce some challenges i face. I will use it to buy food, it will also help me towards renovating this house of mine in such a way that i will now purchase iron sheets. Finally, i will also buy a mattress.
What is the happiest part of your day?
GD on its own has brought happiness to me, now i have a phone. In the past month's other organizations have been helping, for instance others drilled a borehole for us and some of our neighbours were constructed new houses, we are also glad for them.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Most noticeable we face challenges relating to lack of food, not only this but also clothes for our children. For your information, our children need food at school, they need exercise books and most importantly they need to wear clean clothes and take a bath each morning. We fail to achieve all these because we lack money.
