How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I received the cash transfer that enabled me to purchase house hold items and construct a two roomed iron roofed house. Had I not received the cash transfer, my life would have been so miserable.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly does well when it sends people unconditional cash transfers. GiveDirectly also does well to sensitize the people on how to spend their cash transfers well. On the other hand I can not see any wrongs that GiveDirectly might have committed.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to purchase livestock worth UGX680,000 and the balance I plan to top up and purchase a plot of land.
