How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I have been relieved from the burden of school fees given that I have 5 school going children and completing my house, I couldn't have done this co-currently had I not received this transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly has done well to give me cash directly that is enabling me complete my house and pay school fees for my children, and Give Directly has not done any thing bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer for purchasing one trip of bricks at UGX 300,000, a mattress at UGX 130,000 and a clothe at UGX 50,000. I have not yet spent UGX 1,152,000 but I'm planning to spend it on completing my house and paying school fees for my children.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in daily life is that, I'm living happily because I can now meet the daily needs for my family without any stress.

The moment I received the money, I felt very happy.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on paying my child's tuition, household items, a cow and building materials that am going to use for finishing my permanent house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means to complete my ironroofed house. I also intend to pay school fees for my children who are studying in Bukedea life line secondary school using the transfers.

My happiest moment is during morning when i wake up health.
