What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on plastering portions of my house.I also build shelter for my small animals who had none before. Last, I cleared payment for for a solar lamp for 16,000 KES to enable my children learn consistently by completing homework and studying enough, so that they do not find excuses for poor academic performance.

I spent my second transfer on building a kitchen, renovated my house, paid a debt and bought food.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is having an iron roofed kitchen so my children are no longer rained on while sleeping. My house too is well ventilated which is good health wise unlike previously that I didn't have any window in the house.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on paying fee arrears for my child who is in high school, bought food for the family consumption and used most of the transfer on purchasing a solar lantern to avoid buying paraffin everytime.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the transfer I was very excited and immediately knelt down to thank the Lord for the blessing, it all seemed like a dream because some people staying in other villages had been receiving the transfer hence could not believe that this time round I was among the lucky ones.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I am facing is that I am not able to plough my farm in time during rainy season due to lack of money hence less production of food for my family.I want to thank Givedirectly because I will be to pay and get farm inputs for ploughing in time and this will enhance increased food production for my family and I will be able pay school fees for my child in time from farm produce.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy in the evening since it is the time I feel relaxed reflecting on the activities done during the day.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money is the beginning of relief to stressful moments that I have been facing throughout my lifetime.I therefore see this money as a breakthrough because I will be able to purchase farm inputs,renovate my house and pay school fees for my child who is in high school.
