What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on purchasing a solar panel to transit us fro the use of kerosene lamp which at some point proved to be expensive. I also purchase 30 pieces of iron sheets that I intend to use in the construction of a new house to replace the old one that I had before.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has greatly changed as compared to how it was before the transfers. Today I have much courage to welcome any visitor in my home because of the new living standard I have acquired.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly has stood out to be very different from the other charitable organisations that has ever worked in my region. The fact that it gives unconditional cash directly to its recipients is something worth remembering.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I plan to use part of the money to buy furniture for my house then use to start business of selling cereals and the remaining balance I'll pay school fees for my children.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement am proudest of is building this house, we used to live in a small grass thatched house but now I have a better house out of our hardwork.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship am facing is I don't have a source of income and paying school fees for my children is hard. I depend on casual work of washing for people clothes for me to fend for my family. The day there is no work we go without a meal.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when iam called to work for someone since I know I'll get some money for my family.
