How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago because l am now staying in a nice plastered house, after being the talk of the day that I will never stay in a plastered house in my life being that I am very poor.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
Unfortunately I do not have any goal being that I have managed to plaster my house, though I wanted to paint it but I am not able to achieve this due to lack of enough money since I do not have any other source of income.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that l was able to plaster my house using the money I received from give directly . I am very proud because many people believed that I could not manage to plaster my house using the money I received from GiveDirectly since they knew that I have a lot of responsibilities that I could not prioritize plastering my house . I am now happy because I am staying in a nice plastered house where I am very comfortable that l can even sit down on the floor because the floor is very neat as compared to before when the floor was very dusty and difficult to maintain.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months l expect to continue staying in a nice plastered house like other people without worrying of being affected with dust and frequent maintenance of the floor which is time consuming and very expensive.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving the money from GiveDirectly is that if it wasn't for GiveDireclty I wouldn't have built an iron roof kitchen. The cost of maintaining grass thatched roof is so high which was so inconveniencing.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I expect to have palstered my house.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from the way it would have been had I not received the money in that if it wasn't for the money I wouldn't be having a decent home. This is because I no longer have the grass thatch kitchen which was not appealing to the eye in my compound.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
The only goal I have is to plaster my house so that I can be relieved of the stress of looking for cow dung every time for repairing my house which is hectic especially with my old age.

The happiest part of my day is during afternoon hours, this is the time I get to rest with my children after working from the farm and doing household chores too.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to use the transfers to furnish my house to give it a modern look and build a new kitchen where my children will be spending in.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I am proud of seeing my cattle reproduce and being able to produce milk that we use as a family. I bought this cow by using the money that I got after selling sweet potatoes harvested from my farm.
