What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on building for my homeless son. He lost his job in the city and had to return home abruptly before saving enough money for building his house so I had to help him.I am so thankful to GD for sending me the money when we most needed it.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am very happy and peaceful since I have received all the transfers and spent on my priorities. I could have not built my son a house or gotten all my needs if I never received transfers. God bless GD for giving us a meaningful life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GD does very well in eradicating povery among households. Their reliability, transparency and honesty in sending unconditional transfers has improved the living standards of so many individuals.
