What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on paying for medical services for my spouse who needed some X-ray for a broken leg. I also purchased 3 cows as a way of investing my cash for use in payment of school fees in the future.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been without the transfer since I have managed to admit my spouse to a hospital and even paid for her X-ray which I could not have done with my own money. I am so pleased that the transfers helped me save a life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly did well in conducting fair and transparent enrollment without any sign of corruption.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on paying school fees for my children who are at different levels of schooling to enable them concentrate on their studies and have a better future, I also bought school items and uniforms for one of them who was joining secondary school .
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is having all my children in school without any interference like before when they would be sent home for fee arrears.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on paying school fee debts and buying drugs for my wife who broke her leg in a an accident. I am still spending some part of the transfer to buy food for the family.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am planning to spend my upcoming transfer payment on extending my small house, constructing a pit latrine and paying school fees for my children. My current house is small and I do not have a pit latrine in my home.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I plan to pay school fees for my son who is suppose to join College and the other three in Secondary School.I will also buy building materials like ironsheets, nails,timber and pay for workman to build a new bigger house for me since my current house is too small to fit my very large family.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I have educated my son upto form four,he is suppose to join College,and the other three upto form three.That makes me so proud.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest challenge is that my family is too big,a family of twenty five but I have no stable income to sustain it.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening when I am spending time with my family.
